    Some people will say it's ok to mix creatine with OJ. However, in my personal experience I didn't get any gains or positive effects from drinking it in OJ.
    I recommend white grape juice. As soon as I started drinking my creatine in grape juice the effects were noticeable the very next workout.

    Just my 2pence.

    Either one is fine, but that doesn't mean it's optimal. I recommend a solid food carb source such as oats.

    Another option very popular on the board:

    50/50 MIX of Dextrose / Maltodextrin CONSUMED OVER A EXTENDED PERIOD of time (sip on it, don't chug it).

    Take your creatine with something high in sugar for max absorbtion... Also, not sure about the OJ, since it's acidic it might not be the best mixer.

    You could always make a nice sugary batch of 'ole fashioned Kool Aid and relive the childhood =)

    and that will make it sweet enought to create an insulin spike

    Why would you want to LIMIT your results from creatine?.......Creatine with simple-carbs is the key here. The carbs act as vehicle to deliver creatine to your muscles.

    Especially before and after training, after training your body needs CARBS!

    UM............thats if you wanna put your body in an ANABOLIC state. If not just continue doing what your doing and your gains from Creatine will almost be non-existent.

    Why would you want to LIMIT your results from creatine?.......Creatine with simple-carbs is the key here. The carbs act as vehicle to deliver creatine to your muscles.

    Especially before and after training, after training your body needs CARBS!

    UM............thats if you wanna put your body in an ANABOLIC state. If not just continue doing what your doing and your gains from Creatine will almost be non-existent.
