Thanks!! I'm 5'9 and it kinda short plus I no longer compete at 125. My goal is to compete at 138 so it's too small now as well. I absolutely love that suit; it shows up well on stage, I might just have her use the same fabric again.

Wow thank you!!! Right now I'm in off season since I don't compete again until December so I have alot more calories and carbs then when I compete. But this is what I'm doing now:
7:30am Muscle Milk
9:30am 6 egg whites 1 cup of oatmeal with honey
11:30am 1 can tuna with mayo 2 slices of wheat bread
1:00pm 100% whey shake with water
3:30pm 6 egg whites 1 cup of oatmeal with honey
5:00pm 100% whey shake with water
6:30pm work out
7:45pm Muscle Milk
9:00pm 150 grams of chicken and steamed veggies
For supplements I take CLA, BCAA, multi vitamin, muscle milk, 100% whey, noxplode, and cellmass
My workouts are: Reps 6-8 3x's
Day 1 Bi's, Tri's and Abs
Day 2 Quads and Calves
Day 3 Shoulders and Abs
Day 4 Chest and Abs
Day 5 Hams, Glutes and Calves
Day 6 Back and Abs
Day 7 off

..I remember seeing your pics a while back in another section - Are your still trying to add a few extra pounds to get some size to your legs and bring out the muscles in your stomach...?

..Legs are always a problem area. I was just at the USA's in Vegas over the weekend, some of those girls are very impressive - inspriational... Are you going to be at the Olympia in October?

I wanted to work it this year, but I haven't heard back from any companies.
I know some of the companies hire local talent. So they don't have to pay for hotel, flight..food. It seems like VPX usually has the most fitness models at there booth. I know we usually have the same girls at our booth - Brenda, Val, Laura, Monica, Kathy, Christina, Lauren.
I talked with VPX but I haven't heard back yet. I don't care if they cover airfare or hotel, I just want a chance to work the show and see what it's all about. I've never been.

Well hopefully one of the companies will get back to you. The shows are a lot of work, but they come and go really fast. Its defiantly and experience. I was just in Vegas for the USA's -
