    At the moment i make a cutting cyle...

    Looking good, post pics of abs/hips & legs to see the full picture. Your upperbody looks cut on the 13% pic but its hard to judge without pics of the rest.

    Good luck with the cut, what are your goals? How tall are you?

    i dont think he's altered these photo's at all I think he's flexing his back and sucking in his abs,it makes him look strange,but i do agree that you are somewhat disproportionate,i'd bring up the traps and the arms to match your great chest and back( easier said than done ,right)..peace

    My Problem is that my Lats are very wide.... i allways had big Lats... and my weak point are my Arms...

    Another weak point is my definition... i never had lower Body Fat than today... it was all the time arround between 15% and 16%.
    I train now for about 6 Years... and now its time to change my Body a little bit... ...after your comments, i want to change it additionally in the way of proportion.... you are right... it looks a bit disproportionate...

    !!! BUT THESE PICTURES ARE NOT EDITET WITH PHOTOSHOP !!! (you see this for example at the Background)


    Now, i have a few questions... as you see, my arms are a little bit underdeveloped.... how can i improve them ??? At the Moment i train in the following way:

    Monday: Breast / Arms
    Tuesday: Cardio / Abs
    Wednesday: Legs
    Tuesday: Cario / Abs
    Friday: Back / Shoulders

    Should i reduce my Back - Train a little Bit and replace some Exercises by an additional Arms-Train ? What would you do ??? It would be great if you could make some proposals...

    yea i got a proposal for the arms.

    Some people respond very well to just doing very heavy compound movements for the chest and the back and just a few extra sets on the arms per week.

    other people need to raise the volume for the arms.

    You have to try both and figure out which one works for you.

    I'm a person that needs to jack up the volume on the arms to get results.

    Thanks... i knew that some people get good Results by lowering the Excecises for the arms down... and some people get Results if they expand their Arms-Training....

    If i think about the last few years... i always trained my arms at 1 Day a Week. I always make 2 or 3 Excercises for my Biceps an for my Triceps and make 6-8 Reps.... in this way i have trained all over the last 5 years...

    I think i have to raise my Arms-Train a little bit... i think i can make it in this way:

    Tuesday: Cardio / Abs

    everybody is so different it's hard to say what will work without actually working with that person,but i can make some suggestions.I see from your routine,and your new proposed routine,that your combining your chest(breast) and arm workouts on the same day,i think this could be a contributer to your great chest and your lacking arms,your expending vast amounts of energy on your chest workout ,and then you go to do arms and thers not much left,plus your triceps are being worked doing the chest excercises,i purpose you seperate your workouts,and seperate arms and cest by at least two days try somthing like this
    Monday:chest
    Tuseday:back/cardio
    wednesday:rest/abs
    thurs:shoulders,traps/cardio
    Friday:arms/abs
    Satuday:rest
    Sunday:rest
    I will bet that you'll see a difference in your arm results and the intensity that you will be able to work them..hope this helps.

    i think that's fine. Train more frequently but bring down the total number of sets to something that's not ridiculous and that's good.

    this is sound advice,you never want to work arms with chest ,you use them tooo much on chest lifts wait a couple of days inbetween

    that sounds good....
    Now, i have to decide if i make a full-body-train (3 times / week) or if i make your Plan.... i don't now what could be the better way for me... and i now that nobody can say this to me... because its individual to me... so i have to try it on my own...
    I think at first, i will try a full-body-plan, because in addition to your Plan, i will burn more calories during the train, and because i'm in "cutting", it's the better way for me... at the moment....

    sure... i have noticed that... i thought that it could be, that you don't train your legs seperatly... ;-)

    You look good overall, you are right though, you have very wide and developed lats. Be proud of them. I would work your arms twice a week. Like on Monday and Friday or something. Good luck and keep up with the had work.

    unless your a gentic freak or on roids working anybodypart 2 times a week is counterproductive.overtraining is such a common mistake. more is not always better unless your refering to rest and recouperation time.
