yea i got a proposal for the arms.
Some people respond very well to just doing very heavy compound movements for the chest and the back and just a few extra sets on the arms per week.
other people need to raise the volume for the arms.
You have to try both and figure out which one works for you.
I'm a person that needs to jack up the volume on the arms to get results.buy from [url]www.***********.co[/url] m
