Suggestions for the future?

So here's the deal. I diet pretty strict. The right amount of protein, carbs, calories ect... Probably eat about 6-8 small meals a day. Anyways, my diet is fine. Yesterday I went to the Auburn vs Ole Miss game which is about a 2 hour drive for me. I ate a good breakfast, had to go snag a protein shake a couple hours late before I left. Then the problem came in. I didn't pack any food with me because of course they won't let you bring it in the stadium. Anyways, the stadium has nothing healthy of course, and I'm obviously there for like 3 and a half hours, not to mention the walk to the stadium before the game and after, and sitting in traffic. All in all there was probably a 5 or 6 hour period where there was nothing decent to eat at all. But I was starving so I had to eat, so I got a cheat meal of a cheeseburger. I'm sure it had 100,000 calories in it, lol. What would you suggest if something like this comes up again where you're unprepared and have no healthy options around. Starve yourself and allow your body to go into catabolism or eat some **** and work it off?
