    Can you give me some sprinting work outs for outdoors?

    Hi I am looking for some outdoor sprinting workouts..Do you have any to share? Timed ones~I don't have a track!

    Or sprint 30 seconds then jog 30 seconds, repeat a couple of times to start with then when your conditioning improves aim for eight all-out 30 second sprints. Pretty good interval workout for endurance and fat-loss.
