suggest a unique workout routine please

The maing problem is that my chest is small but i like the size of my arms and i dont want it to be bigger anymore or else i will look ugly.So how can or what kind of routine should i do to make my chest bigger but not my arms(just stay the same size)?Workout more on chest and same weight on the arms all the time?Please help

im guessin just go heavier on chest mate n take it easy on the arms :/

there's no miracle workout, everyone is different. And it depend on wich area of your pecs U want to put mass on. Search for arnold's pec workout, it works very well, I've tried it. try this for overall mass

1.bench press
2.incline fly
3.weighted dips
4.Pullover
