    How Much Grams Of Carbs Needed Per Day While Bulking?

    I know carbs are extremely important bulking up. What is a reasonable amount of carbs in grams one should shoot for on a daily basis?

    no problem bro, just keep your fat intake in check and get plenty amounts of complete protein and as for the carbs they should be complex rather than simple also...you can adjust the carb intake a little higher if you don't see any gains after about 6 weeks

    don't forget most of your carbs should be low-glycemic except for post-workout where an insulin spike is optimal... gatorade powder or dextrose is optimal @ about .5g of carbs per lb. of bodyweight... so a 200lb. bodybuilder would take in 100g. of simple carbs post-workout while bulking...
