yeah, i'm intaking slightly more carbs now because of all the extra cardio.
but, I dont know if im losing or gaining. I'm gaining about 1 pound a week? I guess.. but I cant tell if its muscle or fat? :*( i do see a slight improvment though i just hope it doesent crash or if im doing it too slow..Rep Me If I Have Assisted In Some Sort Of Way, Thank You...

Yeah, maybe it's not optimal but I find it highly unlikely that you will notice any difference as long as they are spaced out by a good time period of hours. I agree, if you do cardio immediately following lifting you probably will notice lack of gains.

well yeah for the past week and a half now this is what i have been doing. i feel great a little tired but i get plenty of rest from sitting on the computer to watching TV and if im always playing basketball or swimming then i cut my cardio in the morning its all on how my body feels really.
but i do it at like 9 am and i workout at like 9PM thats 12 hours later. so yes its very spaced out..
and im intaking slightly more carbs now and slightly more protien more of like a 6 oz tuna can thats like 120Grams protien although most of it goes to ****. becuase the body cant take all at once.
so yeah? any comments? on this being ok and as for cardio its moderate not INTENSE! just something to get me up and sweating.. (not like running from the cops kind of intense. lol)Rep Me If I Have Assisted In Some Sort Of Way, Thank You...

Seperate the two. The first one will have a detrimental effect on the second one, if they're not sepearted by at least 8 hours IMO. I either do them on different days...or one in the morning and one at night.
