hey guys, ive been taking omega thunder now for a few weeks and i definitly like it a lot. i have been getting stronger but i just havent been putting any weight on. i am currently around 185 and would like to get over 200 before i start o cut down again. the only creatine where i have noticed some serious weight gain was cell-tech. i did get stronger as well. i dont feel like paying all that money for a low-quality product like that, but i mean it did do what it said. ive been eating a lot but i just cant seem to get above 185. even if i get to 189 i lose it all overnight. any suggestions? should i try cell-tech again?
