dont touch yourself at night! *rim shot*
focus more on the arm that is lacking. kinda like if someone breaks there leg and its smaller than the other. focus more on the other till they get to be close again.

Well I guess I'll throw in what worked for my left arm...
What I did was just look at my left arm constantly while working out, by doing this it kept me focused on it and its contractions each and every rep I put out...just a suggestion.

my right tricep always feels like it had a better workout after working triceps. where my left bicep always seems to get the most out of any bicep exercise. i think it's just how the left, and
the right side of your body react to different exercises.

Time- may arms can have 1/2 inch difference at times but they usually balance out. They seem to follow a pattern of left grows quickly, then stops for ages whilst the right gets grows very slowly all the time.
