New ZMK over regular ZMA?
Goal: Lift until I am satisfied with myself. Estimated time of completion --> ∞
Current/Goal
Bench - ~260/300
Curl - ~120/130
Squat - ~350/450
Weighted Pull up - ~90/120

studies have been shown that zma works. Take that its cheap and its proven effective. I would assume the k is vitamin k>? lol who knows.
