    How many scoops of whey protein do you use in your protein shake?

    Hi all, i would like to know how many scoops of your whey protein do you pour in your blender to make your protein shake? I use 1 1/2 scoops. Because I've noticed that 1 scoop is per shake is not thick enough, and 2 scoops would tend to make me feel too heavy, and sluggish.

    This is how I make my shake: (250 calories)

    1/2 blender full of crushed-ice
    8 oz. of 1% milk
    4 oz of water
    5 packets of equal or splenda diet sugar
    1/5 teaspoon of salt (To affirm the sweet taste)
    1 1/2 30 gr. scoops of your favorite whey protein powder

    Blend it all on high speed for about 2-3 minutes, add more ice to suit thickness

    it depends what brand your whey is. most people don't go by how many scoops. they go by how many grams of protein. since most companys have different amount of protein per scoop.

    I use 1 and a half scoops. My former workout partner weighs 220+ though and I recommend 2 to him though. He also happens to be an ecto. The consistency for both of our shakes is pretty much the same. Either way, we chug it lol, it's not for pleasure drinking.

    I use 2 scoops.

    Sometimes it is 2 scoops of whey and sometimes it is 1 scoop of whey, 1 scoop of casein.

    Pre-Bed: 2 scoops of casein
