A-HA-HA-HA...it took me 4 months to get out to my car...
So, since i posted this, I will be keeping the journal in the "journal tracker" on the bodyspace...but I still will summarize routines and diet junk here.
And there is a lot of diet junk...
I'm tracking everything I'm eating right now...I know I have to clean the diet way up, but I want authentic baseline data for a week before I look at what I need to look at.
