The plan

I've been following a routine on Animalpak for aout 2 months

Biggest challenges in achieving my goals: I have a nutrition disorder, so I'm trying a lot of different things. I'm allergic to both gluten (mostly wheat, but so other grains); and lactose. I didn't know this for the first several years of working out, but I had no gains; primarily because when I ate, my body was not receiving the nutrition.

Consistency in working out. My schedule (like many peoples) is busy, and therefore, mine is inconsistent. I get to the gym when I can fit it in...I hate that, but it's what my season calls for right now.

A-HA-HA-HA...it took me 4 months to get out to my car...

So, since i posted this, I will be keeping the journal in the "journal tracker" on the bodyspace...but I still will summarize routines and diet junk here.

And there is a lot of diet junk...

I'm tracking everything I'm eating right now...I know I have to clean the diet way up, but I want authentic baseline data for a week before I look at what I need to look at.
