Help For My Husband

Hay, i wanted to know if any one has heard of a supplement called Anavol made by NxCare, it has Creatine, Glutamine, Citrulline in it.....I wanted to know if this a good supplement or get advice of any thing eles that my be better!!!!!! i wanted to post here to see what kind of results i got....I think he could be taking some thing better?????

I haven't heard of it but I went to the pantry and my hubby take M-ONE-T. He's a hottie

Hay,i'm have from Belgium and dond know that suplemend,but for my ,creatine i'ts nothing,glutamine-richt you need it ,and citrulline is the best whan.In belgium you can bay it in a ampulle by pfarmacie,when i take'it,i have a good pump for long time...

how long has he been taking it? That stuff was banned for a few years. It does work, wish I could still get it.

yea me too...i went to iraq and my dad sent it along with my other supps..but customs wouldn't let us bring back any opened supps...through out m1t noxplode cee livertabs and had to restock when i got home...

tried HAVOC recently and gained 13lbs lean mass...but obviously you need a good PCT with it.
