Xtend- One of the Best Supps Ever!
Ive just finished a small bin of Xtend and I must say, FINALLY A PRODUCT THAT DOES EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS! I increased recovery dramatically, limited muscle soreness and put on some nice LBM.
The reason im posting this thread: go buy some if u want a great product.

Did you megadose it, or did you take the recommended dosage?

Ask someone who has used both cell-tech and xtend what they liked better and i assure you the person who used the cell-tech got much better results. all of our products are university tested and provide the best results possible. Maybe youll make a smarter decision next time you think about buying another supplement.

Yea, lets buy a bunch of sugar and gas. Mix them together with a little **** and you get cell-tech. Go to another forum clown...

How were you able to judge all these variables?
What was your LBM and what did it end up at?

I agree. Everything the bottle says, the product delivers, especially reducing DOMS and speeding up recovery.

I weigh 150lbs. How many servings would I take pre during and post workout if I were to megadose it?

Xtend is some good stuff. I don't like to mega dose them but I try and get 20-30g of extra BCAA in every day.

I gotta agree. I'm about a week into my tub of Watermelon Xtend and I can already see a decrease in soreness and better recovery. The watermelon tastes good also which is a plus

Xtend is awesome, i started it 2 weeks ago, and my chest and legs recover a lot quicker now (about 2 days less), they were the bodyparts that took me so long to recover before. I can't imagine supplementing without Xtend now.

i must agree as well
xtend does what it says, and its a great product from a great company.
i swear, if these smaller companies like MAN, scivation/primaforce did more advertising, they would make a klilling.
xtend is great!

I disagree. the only ones making "the killing" are the companies who blatantly lie in their ads and fill them with false hopes and glitter. The above companies would not do that and their advertising dollars would more or less fall on the deaf ears of the majority of magazine readers

At 8 servings on workout days the bottle would have lasted 3.5 days. Are you saying you noticed all that after 3 or 4 days.

I am skeptical of all supplements but have to admit this is definately a quality product. I have been taking a serving before my morning cardio, and one pre and post workout for about two weeks. I have definately noticed a difference in my appearance. It is definately worth the money. There is a lot of scientific evidence supporting it efficacy.

I must let you guys know that I have been consistently following my diet and training for about five years now. I've seen a lot of supplements get hyped and then fade away. This is not one of them. However, don't expect this to be the next miracle supplement. You need to train smart and hard, and do the same for your diet.

Xtend sucks. It doesnt do anything and its over priced. Its like Cell-tech except it doesnt work. Kool-Aid will do just as much as xtend does to aid in recovery and its much much cheaper. Don't waste your money on this crap.
