Hey all,
New guy looking for some help. I'm about to start taking these 2 supplements. Will there be any effects with eachother? I work out at 5 am so I plan on taking the creatine at 4:30 am when I wake up, taking the 1 scoop of Muscle Milk + 1 scoop pure Whey protein after my workout, creatine servin after lunch about 1, another creatine serving after dinner, then 2 scoops of muscle milk right before bed. Will they effect eachother? Is this a good supplement regimen? I will also add a multivitamin, anybody know any good ones I can get at GNC or Vitamin world? I want to add more muscle but loose this little bit of stubborn fat on my lower belly. I'm 5'10 and 168. I currently am eating about 3000 calories a day, is this a good amount...all pretty healthy stuff with 4 meals throughout the day.
Any advice or help is greatly appreciated,

what kind of creatine are you taking? If its mono you only need about 5 grams a day so u can do that in 1 or 2 serving but 3 seems too much especially if you are going over 5 grams and if its a designer creatine like (SizeOn, GreenMAG, Storm etc.) 1 serving per or post workout is the best unless its SizeOn then during workout is optimal.

loading phase is optional but if you want to load then 3 times is good but once that is over then 5 grams a day is what you want to aim for and your protein timing is good. For you multivitamin question Opti-men, any of the NOW multi's, orange triad or even the generic store brand vitamin should suffice.

Would you recommend the loading phase?
How soon do you think I could see results with this stack Rudy? I'm currently lifting 6 times a week and doing cardio 3-4 times a week and swimming 2-3 times a week. Also, if I am taking some other natural herbs, will this stack have any effects with other natural herbs or would you need to know the ingriedants?

Personally i did 15 grams for 3 days then did 5 grams after that and i started seeing results within the month..well depends on your goal if your bulking or cutting sounds like your bulking..muscle milk is good for bulking but its def not the best if you are trying to lose fat..if your looking for a better protein ISS Micellar Matrix and Xtreme Formulations UP are same basic ingreidents as MM just with less fat and im not too sure about the herbs but i dont see anything wrong as long as you take them spaced out from each other
