Definately the Nor-Diol of those three. 4-Dione is crap as well as 19-Nor; although 19-Nor combined with 4AD is a decent stack. I would suggest you stack 4AD with the Nor-Diol to achieve good gains.

it's really not that simple, but the nor dione is definately not in the running, either is good, I suggest you check out BCs PH article

it says 500mg
(standardized for 45% saponins)
why exactly does that mean?

Yeah I read BC'S article and if im not mistaken he likes the
19-Norandrostenediol.
I have one question for anyone who might know:
The 19-Norandrostenediol has 50mg a capsule.
how much mg's of this stuff will i have to take to get any benefit from?

Nor-Diol is way to expensive. A good dosage for Nor-Diol would be 600mg/day. Do some research before you start taking Prohormones, or they wont help you at all.

LOOK, orally adminstered PH (with few exception) has weak delivery efficiency comparing to the 20-25% efficiency of transdermal.
