Need Some Help Please.

I lost 26 lbs in 6 weeks on my current lifting & eating plan, but I have been at thre same weight now for about 5 weeks. I do treadmill everyday 30 minutes. I lift 4 days a week. I eat 1500-1800 cal per day, 6 meals a day spaced out every 3 hours. Any advise would be welcome. Thanks

You are drastically undereating your cals and now you body is holding onto the fat. You need to do some reading and develop a healthy eating plan. Below are many links which will help.

Wink

The first thing I would say is that you are most likely eating too few calories. Go to this link and put your stats in. It will give you your BMR. Take that number and subtract 500. That is what you should aim for. If you haven't already done so, read all the stickies. Most every question you have can be found there.

Edit: Oh, and do what ScottC said......

Good luck.
