I'm kind of torn here - I feel very sorry for the Kurds in all three countries and I support them in their plight. I do not support terror tactics from anyone so I'm on Turkey's side about the PKK issue but at the same time, historically Turkey's treatment of the Kurds has been very bad.
I say we stand aside while the Turk Army get's some good training evolutions in by chasing down and killing PKK. I don't think the Turks will overstep their bounds in this issue too much so I have no real worries there. If we have info - I think we should share it.

Dealing with the PKK is not our problem. It has been an on going conflict for years. Last I checked there were 14-18 million ethnic Kurds in Turkey.
After the U.S. leaves Iraq I would not be the least bit suprised to see the Kurds break away and finally form their own nation. Its not like they havent been autonomous basically for the last 15 years.
Is it frustrating for you? I'm sure. But U.S. forces are already stretched thin and tired of this bull**** occupation.
The U.S. military is designed to destroy, not occupy. You should know that. You bring up Vietnam.
Its jungle warfare. It was a failed war from the start. The Vietnamese know their terrain and fought a guerrilla war. And anyone knows the only way for a small force to fight off an invasion like that is through a guerilla style conflict. You think the Viet Cong stood any sort of chance in a typical conflict? No. There's a reason the French got their asses handed to them.
Iraq? We cut their P.O.S. army to ribbons twice. Then insurgents come in and start killing Americans and EACH OTHER. You say how we have massacred 600k Iraqis. You obviousily don't know ****. Are there Iraqi civillian casualties? Yes of course but you dont see us carpet bombing cities or firebombing cities anymore do you? No. Its called collateral damage and the U.S. has greatly reduced that number since the time when firebombing a city was perfectly acceptable.
And if Iran confronts Israel you should know Israel will hand Iran their asses on a platter.
