Lumps under your chest???

i been training for about a year now and started off pretty chubby. after a few months i had lost all my fat apart from my chest. though after lookin on the net i found that during puberty blokes get a lump under each chest. on some its not as easily noticed as others but ive got it quite bad and its gotta be the most un-motivating thing ever. you basically put all this effort into training knowin u cant change it or get rid of it no matter what u do.

has any1 had this when they were younger or have it? and did it go away? cus apparently it normally goes naturally wen ur lyk 18-20. its called Gynecomastia apparently.

HAHAH you have gyno! lol naw man but yeah depends, it my be from puberty you migh tjsut be unlucky and have a high estrogen level, might want to get check it out at the docs, you might have to have it removed with surgery

i had it when i was around 14-15... i thought i was growing boobs.... it naturally went away..

I used to have that when I was 13 or 14. it was quite painful at the time, but it's all gone now.

I had surgery because I had a pretty bad case of it, the doctor said it was the worst case hes ever seen. I've had a pretty good cosmetic result even though its only been like a month. I'm glad I did the surgery, I had gyno for like... 4 years?

I thought it was basic learning in school about puberty. Boys, in puberty, their tits swollen or well get bigger. So they wonder if they are starting to grow boobs, but actually it's just a natural phase a guy goes through. I even went through it and I thought I was growing some nice tities on myself. Then it went away.

how long dus it normally take to go away? should i carry on training as normal and just forget about it?

it goes away by the time your 20 or early i think, and yes you should continue training.

Im 19 and ive still got it pretty bad,ive seen worse (steriod induced gyno is normally worse).

if ive still got it when i turn 20 im having it removed!!
