    Why is bodybuilding important to you?

    To me, bodybuilding is an essential step in life in building excellent discipline, willpower, and of course dedication. It takes hard work, among the hardest there is. Of course a good looking body and definition is probably at the top of all of our lists and weight lifting may just help you get there. But to me bodybuilding is life. I love every minute of it. If it was humanly possible to train every day, I would definitley do it. I lvoe it completely.

    The strictness required in eating the right things ( if you really want to eat the right way) is one of the hardest things also.

    I BB basically so I can eat whatever I want. I could do the same and ride a bike or run 4 hours every day, but it's awfully convenient to let the muscles burn those extra calories while I'm busy with something else.

    feeling healthy and in shape all the time. I think its easy to forget about this after training consistantly for some time. I injured myself and couldnt lift for a few months and the feeling of just laying around and not being active made me feel like ****. Not to say that confidence and muscle isnt a perk...
