you might as well start gettin cut or else if you just dont bulk at all, later on youll have even more fat and thats more cutting and itll keep accumulating and itll take more time to cut, might as well do small increments cause EVERYONE tells me cuttin is boring, so you probly dont wanna wait a long ass time to end up cuttin for like 6 months when you could do like maybe a couple weeks to maybe 2 months dependin on how much fat you got at a time.
im tryin to figure out a good cutting routine myself, since im about to do the same thign as you and cut for the first time even though i havent been bulkin as long as you, i want some definition. this is what im gonna try, and if anyone has any suggestions please post them!
Mon - Chest & Tris, 15-25mins cardio
Tues - 45-60 mins cardio
Wed - Back & Bis, 15-25 mins cardio
Thurs - 45-60 mins cardio
Friday - Delts & Legs, 15-25 mins cardio
for larger muscles (chest, back, legs) ill be doin like maybe 10 sets for em and for smaller muscle groups (tris, bis, delts) ill do like 6 sets for em pyramiding from like 20 sets to 16 to 12.
