    How often do you work out?

    I've heard people say all kinds of different stuff, some say three times a week for two hours each session is plenty, other say to work out most days 5-6 times doing lighter sessions is better. I've heard all kinds of stuff!

    How often do you work out per week, and how long are your sessions?

    I'm at 3 times a week, having 2 hour sessions. Is that plenty or would you say I should do more?

    I work out 3 times a week for about an hour each session, but lately I've been thinking of changing it to four times a week. Two hours seems to be a little overkill, because after the first hour your energy levels drop alot.

    I work out each muscle group after every 5 days. so that gives me 6 growth session per month instead of conventional 4.

    my program:
    day1: biceps, triceps, chest
    day2: abs, legs, back
    day3: biceps, triceps, chest
    day4: abs, legs, back
    and so on

    My sessions dont take me more than 1 hour but i try to keep it no less than 45 mins.

    dont work out atm, but used to work out 4 times a week doing every muscle groups once a week. I try to stay below 1 hour at all times.
