I've heard people say all kinds of different stuff, some say three times a week for two hours each session is plenty, other say to work out most days 5-6 times doing lighter sessions is better. I've heard all kinds of stuff!
How often do you work out per week, and how long are your sessions?
I'm at 3 times a week, having 2 hour sessions. Is that plenty or would you say I should do more?
