Lightbulb Don't like oats- PROBLEM SOLVED

If your like me you dont like forcing yourself to eat nasty oats. So do what i do. First you'll need a coffee grinder. A coffee grinder is mandatory to get the oats into a fine powder ( a normal blender will not do). Then take your ground up oats and mix it with cold water and simply chug that sh*t down. A quick way to get 200+ calories in about 10 seconds.

I just mix it into some yogurt with some nuts and maybe add a scoop of protein powder ... have yourself a tasty little treat and the taste of the oats are really dulled down.

I don't like plain oats either, so I add a tsp of Splenda, and a handful of straw or blueberries.

Stopped eating oats for a while as I just couldn't stand to have it anymore. Just having uncle sam cereal with some fiberone for a bit. I hope to go back to oats soon since its nutritional value is huge.

That's funny. I used to hate oatmeal as a kid - thought it looked and tasted like mashed up wet cardboard. Now I love it! A dash of salt and some cinnamon really wakes up the flavor, too.

Cooked oats are much better, I agree but I think they're talking about eating oats as is -- 'raw' in other words.

Oh. I like 'em raw too. I munch a spoonful here and there. They taste...well.. oaty! The problem is that they tend to stick to your teeth.

haha, I've had that problem a lot too hence I started mixing them with yogurt and some nuts. Just recently tried it with a scoop of watermelon Substance WPI --- it's a very unique flavor but I like it. 1 spoonful, two chomps, and swallow ... no more stickiness or oaty taste.

Who said cottage cheese wasn't the greatest thing ever invented, cuz damn, it's my number 1 healthy food. Add some PB and some splenda and it's as good as any yummy food out there.

I eat my 1% F CC with some cinnamon --- best **** I've ever had. I tried it with some almonds couple days ago, pretty good, adds a little flavor but not like cinnamon does.

I actually like the oaty taste and chewiness. Just have to rinse my mouth, or better yet, brush my teeth after munching. Don't want oats fermenting on my teeth! I guess I've acquired a taste for oats. Something good for a change! Only wish I'd never acquired a taste for beer.

Haha, I still can't stand beer and probably never will, don't drink enough to acquire a taste ... but I love spirits though I watch my consumption of them now.
