28yrs old, 5'10", 195lbs, 12-14% BF (not exactly sure). Been training regularly for 6 years. Fairly clean, but not perfect diet.

This kid is only 16. Let me guess you want to get big for football. You didn't work hard in the offseason and now you want to get big by using steroids. Steroids at your age will screw up your life.

Have you talked to your parents about this? Or your coach? Or better yet, your doctor?
Don't take the poosy way out. Just eat, and eat and lift and eat and lift and eat and run and eat, etc. Lotsa protein. But don't neglect the fruits & veggies.

There are no shortcuts in progress. Do it right the first time, and you won't have to go back and fix your mistakes. It takes time--lots of time--to get results. If you are really determined and persistent, you will, soon enough, achieve your goals. Heed the advice you are getting from this thread.

I like tits as much as the next guy...but I don't want them growing on my chest.
Listen to these guys dude. If you are touching anything that screws with your testosterone, you will make the cut...cheerleading for the team.
Just pack in the food, proteins, and intensity. Talk to your coach. I have no doubt they have some good programs for ya.
Don't buy into the hype, and take what these dudes are saying seriously.

Take the advice and do your research. I don't care how much gear your do, what kind of supplements you take, or how much you work out; nothing is going to make you bigger if you don't EAT YOUR ASS OFF! Chances are you probably only eat 1/4 the amount of protein and carbs you need to gain and build, and thats probably in like 2 meals. If you want help with a diet, PM me, I'll give you a write up that I give to all my cliets. It's basic, but it's a good start and you can go from there.
On a side note:
I hate all you a$$holes that keep up the misconception that AAS are bad for you. Just because someone is going to take AAS does not mean that they will grow "tits", be a pussy for taking a "short cut", or mess up their life. At this kids age yes, AAS will not be a good thing for him. But that does not mean you should speak about something you obviously know nothing about!

Let me clarify...
The response was aimed at the fact that the kid is 16. Test is already running through his system like there is no tomorrow. He has no clue what he is doing, and will go on a bing cycle as most kids do (cause he probably won't "feel" the drug, then drop it, and do nothing else. By then, the liver is hurting cause he didn't have the money to spend on anything else, you all know what the estrogen level will do, and if he doesn't commit suicide from depression, he may possibly notice some other sides we don't need to talk about... You all know this. You all are fairly experienced.
I love the original, and couldn't be more pissed it was banned. Remember, it was because of kids failure to listen that we can't seriously use these products. Basically, I am trying to scare the kid into reality. If I was talking to a 30yr old, it would be a different story....
Appreciate the response though...You all feel the same way I do.

Oh yeah...You know what the sad thing is...I will guarantee this kid has probably begun using it already...Hope he doesn't cause more bad publicity for us.

Using steroids is the easy way out. Totally true!!!
If you want to get huge, eat at least 5000 calories a day, drink 150 oz water, train like hell, sleep 8 hours a day, and don't take anything that upsets your body or something that will screw up your gains (alcohol, drugs, smoking, etc...) Do this and you're on the right track.
