Talking Look What I Did

Hay every one hope all is well, just wanted to post to share my results well back in April i started going to the gym every day most of the time twice a day, changed my whole diet around i eat so clean that i scare every one who knows me( does that really taste good) Well when i started i was 220 from all my kids i have 3 two of them were back to back, I always gained to much w/ the preg. so now today when i got on the scale i am at (drum roll please) 180lb. HEHEHE i really never thought i could do it...I know that i still have a ways to go but right now at this point i am so happy, for me it is not about that weight i have lost it is proving to my self that i can do any thing and be any thing i want to be, I am going to have my body fat tested soon when i get to breath from all the kids activitys that we have to do......Hay and this web site has done wonders for my motivation, My hats off to the ladies that post on here, and really know what you are talking about you all know who you are THANK-YOU

Your weightloss is awesome for short amount of time---proves you are dedicated!! Just curious why you want to stay away from cardio--it is so good for you mentally and physically especially when you are trying to get back in shape---it really completes the whole package.

Talking For me

I found that when i stoped doing cardio all the time i felt better,cardio made my energy level go down hill, i dont know why but lifting seams to give me great energy and it tightens all the areas i want to lose the weight in, and has worked great for my weight loss goals, But i am not saying that i have stoped all cardio i have just cut it down to once or twice a week, I just wanted more time on the weights too LOL,
