    Thumbs up CHANGES TO MY BODY!, tell me if there is any or what i can do to look better HELP!!!

    Hey sup Guys, i want to try my body as fast as possible with some help , i used to have 3 jobs so i had no time to work out , now i quit my moorning job so i have some time to work out, im going to post some pictures, and let me know what u think , this is the body im starting with , which sucks, i will be posting pictures every 2 to 3 weeks to see if there is any changes, i do have one big problem , i have skinny calves, and i cant grow them, i got my self some nitrix , which im going to start taking now to see if it works i have a nitrotech shake which ill be taking every moorning and eating nothing but turkey, whole wheat , tomatoes, NO MAYO , NO KETCHUP NO WHITE BREAD NO PIZZA NO FRIED FOODS, what else? i started working at a gym so i can take some protein bars or shakes, let me know how i should take this, THANKS GUYS here are some pics and please HELP with my legs, im willing to take whatever it takes if it works, STEROIDS (last resource)

    props on the half dollar size nipples. Lol, good cuts on legs u dont have THAT much body fat, i wouldn't cut too much in beginning but i would hit the weights every other day like there is no tomorrow. U have very little muscle and you dont want to start cutting right away. Remember that fat turns into fat much easier then being thin and gaining muscle. Good luck and keep us updated. Congrats on your new commitment to getting in shape!

    WOW U GUYS are rough im just starting at least give me a chance to try it out, i know i dont look good i dont need u to tell me that i need u to help me to change that and yeah i hate my nippes always hated them, and my boobs are weird , ill reshape it all, and im not that fat i lost 20 pounds i was 190 3 months ago im 170 right now

    just lose the body fat that stretched nip look will go down and your chest should shape up...Its just being overweight,hormones dont take things too hard ...just see what happens when you rip up. lower your carbs and up your protein.

    Just continue to eat right (check nutrition section for options) and make sure you take enough time to recover from workouts. You will get the body you want.
