    difference between a clean bulk diet and cut diet?

    just wondering what the differnce is?

    The difference is the amount of calories you consume during the course of the day. Both of these diets should be very healthy hence "clean bulk diet."

    For clean bulking you want to eat approximately 500 calories over maintenance and for a cut diet you would want to eat approximately 500 calories under maintenance.

    do you do lots of cardio on a cut diet?
    also long does a cut diet go for and how many times should you do it a year?
