Certainly agree. While everyone is not smart, we would like to hope/wish/think that everyone does their research and testing before stacking supplements. Do you guys know if all of the ZMA night time supplements stink beyond belief? I had some problems sleeping, went to GNC, and bought their ZMA. MY GOD, that stuff smells awful. Its like one of those pouchy bags that they try to revive the unconcious people with, really mediciny smell. Then you burp, and the whole room smells like that. And I'm not even sure it helped me sleep.

heh, thats sucks. I've never heard anyone complain about its smell. As far as your sleeping problems go, go buy some melatonin and that stuff should knock you right out. ZMA is not meant to be a sleeping aid rather it is marketed to increase test levels during sleep and allow for a more recoverable sleep period.
