How the heck do ppl in prison get so huge? I mean the food there is really limited and they cant even come close to getting enough calories. They must have freaky genetics or something. It seems like everyone who comes out of prison is a beast!!!!

they get plenty of food. they are served a decent ammount, they can get more from the comesary or however the hell you spell it, also once they get big I am sure they can get food from people for protecting them.Originally Posted by Blaze111

Imagine the prison life style and it's easy to see how guys in prison get huge. You live the cleanest and healthiest lifestyle. Number one, you have no stress- there is absolutely no pressure of a job, paying bills, feeding kids etc. etc. etc.. Can you imagine how good a stress free environment is for your body. Secondly prisoners sleep, they get a lot of sleep, and there are ways for prisoners to get "things" like steroids and protein and it's very easy.

I just got done doing 2 years in Federal prison for ebay diamond heist. Something I did when i was 17 and they charged me as an adult. I went in at 18 just got home last month June 7th 2005. I became very good friends with someone who wants to compete when he gets home in 9 months. He been in about 5 years now. He has unbelievable genetics. The closest prison to me in NZ offers satellite TV, a full gym, nutritionally balanced meals and has serious protocols against inmate sexual abuse.

I believe it's overblown on tv, media has given us this image of big prisoners.
Although, I'm sure some of it's true though, research has shown a stressful enviroment (not office type stress but fight or flight stress) increases testosterone. Also, you have a lot of time to yourself, from what I gather the money you make can be spent on buying supplements and extra food, and if you have the hook up, steroids.Eternal Creatures are not so prudent.
