Im going to start cutting soon.
Went from 120 to 140 im 5'6 1/2 definitly grown more.
Have around 11% bodyfat but it bugs me because I love not feeling my stomach AT ALL if I can feel my stomach it sucks, also just dont want to get too fat.
Wondering first off should I do hiit or like 25 minutes of cardio 3 times a week?
How many cals should I consume as well?
How long do you guys beleive it will take me to get to around 8% bodyfat I want to return to bulking as soon as I can because my goal is to be 150 senior year(I want a nice lean unbulky look)

if this is not your goals then don't listen to me but,
if your overall goal is to get bigger i would suggest to keep bulking up for a while, 11% is not bad at all, then after when you have good size on you cut.
for cutting just go around 500 cals below maintenance and do light cardio(130-140 HR)
maybe take things like BCAA's to help during your cut.
You can find better cutting info from other, more experianced members, but thats what i know(if anyone can elaborate on this that would be appreciated)
but ya dude, i'd deffinately keep bulking if i were you.bulking to 150
