what amino acids should i get, what are the best?

I want to get some amino acids that supplement my workout but are also good for my overall health. Preferably amino acid pills would be ideal, but I would settle for liquid.

    Please give suggestions, thanks!

I think the ON's whey protein has enough.

But if you want some, Universal and ON has a good selection of BCAA and AA supplements, they're relatively cheap.

For a liquid, TwinLab's Liquid Mass is pretty good, cheap, but tastes pretty bad.

I guess whether it's taste or money is what it comes down to.

Try BCAA's 1000 from Optimum Nutrition, very cheap and what you're looking for.
