I think you can keep bulking but if you are worried about the fat gain, you can slow it down or clean it up a bit. I would say 13-16% bodyfat based on not being able to see your abs but you have a good muscle base so you look better than someone at that BF with low muscle mass. Really, to me the traps don't look bad at all.

1. pull your pants up
2. dont cover up your abs that really helps to determine your bf
3. i would put you at 13-16% bf range
4. keep bulkingIf it doesnt kill you, it makes you stronger.
