    monday chest and calves and forearms,abs and then later on in day 4 mile walk.
    tuesday legs
    wensday shoulders,neck,abs,and 4 mile walk
    thursday bis and tris,calves
    friday back,forearms
    saturday cardio on treadmill and abs.

    I used to workout 4-5 days a week. for the past two weeks i havent set foot into the gym. Just busy to the top of my head. I'll make a great come back, i can feel it. its like everytime i go after taking off, i make new permenant gains.

    I have no real day set into concrete that I workout on, but I do try to excercise 3-4 days a week. I always take the weekend off. But alot of the time I ride my bike alot on the weekend, so I get some good cardio excercise too.


    Workout routine looks something like this:

    Monday: Chest (sometimes legs too)

    Tuesday: Abs

    Wensday: Back/ Lats

    Thursday: Off (I'm not sure what I going to do on Thursday because I usually don't workout on thursday. But I'm thinking about doing shoulders if I'm feeling up to it.)

    Friday: Arms
    Stats:
    Height: 5"5
    Weight: 122 pounds and still growing
    Body fat: 11%
    Build type: Small
    Started bodybuilding: 2/7/05 (about 5 months ago)
    Starting weight: 104 pounds

    5-6 days a week. mon tues thur fri are my splits and cardio (besides legs day)+ abs or plyo's. sat & sunday r usally just abs, plyo, or skip my workout on saterday if my legs r 2 sore from my leg lifts on fri and do abs, playos, and cardio on sunday.
