6 days a week
sunday rest
monday chest and calves and forearms,abs and then later on in day 4 mile walk.
tuesday legs
wensday shoulders,neck,abs,and 4 mile walk
thursday bis and tris,calves
friday back,forearms

deadlift: 420 (working sets)
one reps maxes
all un-suited, raw
bench 365x1
squat 375x1 (this i need to re do)
deadlift 447.5x1 (going for 487 soon.)

I have no real day set into concrete that I workout on, but I do try to excercise 3-4 days a week. I always take the weekend off. But alot of the time I ride my bike alot on the weekend, so I get some good cardio excercise too.
Workout routine looks something like this:
Monday: Chest (sometimes legs too)
Tuesday: Abs
Wensday: Back/ Lats
Thursday: Off (I'm not sure what I going to do on Thursday because I usually don't workout on thursday. But I'm thinking about doing shoulders if I'm feeling up to it.)
Friday: ArmsStats:
Height: 5"5
Weight: 122 pounds and still growing
Body fat: 11%
Build type: Small
Started bodybuilding: 2/7/05 (about 5 months ago)
Starting weight: 104 pounds
