hey guys, has anyone ever had this? i ve been on vioxx(anti-imflammitory) for about 30 days and have been keeping upper body workouts down to once a week, and staying away from training triceps directly...my elbow has gotten better but its still sore after working out and clicks when i move it sometimes...im going to see another dr about it soon, ive been thinking of prolotherapy, since regular treatment doesnt seem to be working...has anyone here had any experience with prolotherapy?
