Press ups arent bad, but they're not good either, and they mainly do triceps, so you need to do different things for shoulders, forearms, biceps.RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Yes press ups are good. They are more than good, they are essential!
Press ups work the tricep, the chest, the shoulders, and the forearms all depending on your hand positioning (wide arm, close arm, diamond ect ect).
Sits up i agree are not brilliant. They should still be done somewhere in your training routine but certainly don't rely on them for ab work. They mainly work the hip flexors anyway. Swiss ball crunches, hanging knee raises, weighted crunches, windscreen wipers ect are all much better for abs. But you gotta get the BF down to <10% if you want nice visible abs.
Do a set of press ups to failure everyday..This will help with muscular endurance (which will help with exercises such as bench press - don't anybody say that high reps of press ups doesn't help strength because thats bull) and help with tricep / chest / shoulder size.
