well if they put up similar numbers, then johnnie jackson because he is lighter...this his strength is at a greater level than ronnie's. its all about proportion. plus ive never seen ronnie do his lifts raw.

EDIT: last i checked, ronnie did not have a powerlifting background. tho i think it would be a good idea for him to do powerlifting meets after he retires from bodybuilding.

When I saw a recent video of Jackson he was struggling to put up 405 for 3 reps. His spotter was helping a bit and he was bouncing it off his chest. Maybe thats because he was precontest or something I dont know.

who really cares for pound for pound, an ant will always be stronger than an elephant, but the elephant is stronger in absolute strenght.That was battle for ther O 2004.I saw that. It was bent over rows. coleman did 405 very very easy, jackson did 405 for 3 reps. I really believe that jackson may exaggerate his stats. jackson deadlifted 495 for 3 reps. coleman can still throw more weight precontest.

From what ive seen of Ronnie's training, his form seems good. Especially on Chest and Legs. With rowing movements he does jerk the weight, but that is one style of training.

It makes me laugh when teenage kids with little experience criticizes a master BBers form.

Dennis James, one of the biggest and strongest BBers in the IFBB, said himself Ronnie's form was good and controlled, and could tell Ronnie knew exactly what he was doing. Cant argue with the results. I personally saw his dvd, and thought it was good. Maybe someone can post a clip of ronnie doing dumbell presses.

his form looks pretty good to me, the worst I saw was on db curls. Other than that I thought it looked good. I thought his form on squats was very good. People critisize him for not going low enough but he think he goes plenty low. Pause the dvd at his lowest point on his last two heavy sets, his thighs are parallel with the floor. And please don't say "they are nowhere near parallel" because they are maybe you just aren't quick with the pause button. Anyway what specifically is bad about his form?

i have to agree with you here that the numbers can often be highly exaggerated.. dont know the exact figures, but yea, supplement companies are quite often full of **** with thier outrageous 'its 45637%' better claims, and how they market thier athletes..
