I started a Bodyopus variation on Monday. I can't believe I didn't see this Keto section, so I posted my journal under the "workout journal" section of this forum. I invite everyone to check it out. I would honestly seriously appreciate any suggestions. I'm logging everything! I hope to get some feedback, I've studied this diet for about 8 weeks before I started and I'd like to make the best out of it. As I know the discipline involved I hold high regard for any experienced advice.
