lmao,
I thought this myth went away with big hair and parachute pants. Steroids will prematurely close your growth plates if you're young and havn't stopped growing yet, but working out naturally and intelligently will only make you better.

it will not unless you mess up a growth plate, in fact, it will more than likely help you grow

Here's some evidence. Look at these wrestlers, Rock, HHH, Test, Brock Lesnar. All started training when they were about 12-13 yrs old, did it stunt their growth? emmm...............NO!

you can work out at any age it does not stunt ur growth....i did a speech in school on it.. thats a myth from steroid use...
