I only do Dips, CGBP, and Decline OH ext's for my triceps and the lower part is coming along great with the rest of my tri's....so im assuming the decline OH's are working them out nicely.

The medial head is pretty much doing most of the work anyway so it's always being trained to some degree. Extensions and pressdowns will be hitting it. All the compounds will be hitting it. For isolation it's the other two triceps heads (the horseshoe part) you might want to get more specific with.

According to Dave Tate they target the medial head but in terms of angle and resistance curve they're not all that different to lying dumbbell extensions. Every site that mentions them seems to just echo Tate's own description verbatim. I think either/or is fine. Do whichever one feels more comfortable I guess.

Ah,yes. I love my tate presses and my cross face extensions. I alternate between doing them on the incline or decline bench weekly.

    Bench dips

Overhead DB extensions (single db, two hands on plate)

Reg tricep dips, lower 2/3 of motion, upper body vertical, elbows back, not wide.

Standing/seated ez bar extensions work great, but are tough on the elbows.

Reverse grip pushdowns, especially holding elbow away from body
