what is best for speed and agility?

incorporating plyometrics and flexibility or using speed/agility ladders?

ladders are often used like intertwined with plyos...there like good for lateral movement(rlly important for soccer) but u should defineatly do plyos as well with it. And flexibililty just make sure u stretch after games and mabe do sum yoga or sumthing a few times a week--dont worry about spending too much time on that
