this is my diet now
2 hardboiled egg whites
oatmeal
orange juice
a container of yogurt the yoplait stuff
1 scoop ON whey
16 wheat thins
peice of fruit
2 scoops ON whey
Fruit
a can of tuna
16 wheat thins
fruit or tuna on a salad with no cheese and fat free dressing
a can of tuna
2 cups white rice
1.5 cups steamed veggies
maybe a shake at night, i dont know im always hungry though
my Q is, are the calories low enough to drop any weight? it totals out at about 2 - 2.4k a day with as you can see very little fat. I weigh 195 but am quite athletic... answers anyone? and that avatar is NOT what I look like now or I wouldent be having this perdicament im in now.
