i store my rolled oats i bought from Henry's in a big jar of what use to be my weight gainer ..
im starting to finally count my calories and im wondering how much am i eating if i scoop out about 2-3 scoops (using the scooper that comes from 100% ON WHEY protein)
or how much is it if im scooping out about 1-1/2 to 2 hand fulls
(this is cooked with water)
also anyone else feel that Rolled oats makes u kinda sleepy & tired?? i dont get that energy as i do when i eat white rice.. maybe its cause ive always eaten white rice for 17 years of my life until last year i started eating oatmeal for the very first time..

Why don't you just use measuring cups? We can't tell you in terms of the whey scooper because all scoopers are different depending on the brand of protein. Anyway, a standard serving of oats is 1/2 cup, yielding 150 calories...at least that is for Quaker quick oats.
Not sure about your second question. I always eat mine for breakfast and pre-workout and never feel tired.
