All about Gigg's
Hello and Welcome to all...
Well, it looks like I'm back at it again for better or for worse I think this log has promise already. I'm a big fan of X-factor after my 1st run of it back in the day. I'm also very pleased with what AN has to offer too. I've used RPM with great results and look forward to trying out Drive during this log. I'm not 100% certain how I'm going to go about things yet, so bear with me. Hopefully if things pan out how I see them in my mind this should be a very informative and fun log. I'm piecing things together at the moment and I'll start off with a lil' bit about myself below. Again I would like to thank the people at MN & AN for allowing me the chance to run this log. I have my XF-Tee on now and I'm feel'n baller, so lets go...
Age: 22yrs old
Height: 6ft
Weight: 216lbs
Approximate bf%: Around 13%
Measurements: TBA
Current training routine: This is my current split at the moment, but things may change soon. I've been looking at DC training of late and I'm really taking a fancy to it, so hopefully I'll be able to spice up my routine and throw that in the mix.
Monday: Chest/Tris/Calves/Abs
Tuesday: Back/Traps/Bi's
Wednesday: Legs/Calves/Abs
Thursday: Delts/Light Traps
Friday: Arms/Abs/Calves
Saturday: Light Legs/Misc
Sunday: Off.
Diet macros: Been a lil sloppy lately, but I'm not really worried at this moment. With this stack I'm going to be eating like a house.... pretty clean yes, but I'm going to have a lil' fun treating myself. So pretty much its TBA for now  .

X-Factor
DRIVE
Goals: Stay Sexy, Huge Strength Gains, Minimal Fat Gain and or reduction, and spending more time with GB.

I would really like to apologize for not being able to update this log. Things haven't been going too hot for me. I've had a family emergency that needed to be attended to and its just been a ****ty situation. It was a draining on me pretty bad and I've realized I'm not going to make it better, so getting back to my norm is in order. With all that said I'm doing pretty well now and look forward to getting back on track. Once again I sincerly apologize and hope I can somehow redeem myself. Thanks again everyone

Thanks Mertle, I was discussing my situation with GB and I have come to the conclusion that I will be scrapping this log. I have purchased some more XF/Drive to run this log start to finish. Once I get buckled down and the damn holidays are over the log should be all set to go. I'd like to thank XF and the crew again for there patience and understanding. Thanks again to all there will be brighter day's ahead for the RETURN OF GIGGS!
