I Only Have Until Dec,Please Help Me Girls!!!
Hey girls I am hoping you can give me some advice!? I have a big photo shoot in the first week of December, and I need my body to get as good as it can get in that short of time! I'am currently 5'3" at 120lbs and would like to be between 105-110lbs. In high school I did alot of sports, my main sport was cheerleading and dance. I had super muscular thighs...but since I have been out of HS for 2years my muscle in my thighs have turned pretty flabby. I always hated having bigger thighs whether it was muscle or not, I just felt like a guy. But now I miss it. My main target areas that I am trying to improve is the stomach, buns, and thighs. I am not looking to build tons of muscle or a six pack, I just want to loose the fat and lean out my thighs, I dont want body builder legs but I would love them to be toned again! (hope this is making sense?) I just re-newed my gym member ship today and I am ready to get back in shape!! But I am also clueless on what I should be eating through out the day. I just feel so lost and stressed since I only have until Dec...but I figured you ladies would be the best help!! Thanks for taking the time to read this!! xo Michelle

this is a great treadmill sprinting program. perform it 3-4x/week (i do it first thing in the morning, before i go to work). make sure to include a progressive overload principle by increasing your sprinting interval speeds as you move forward (every week increase the mph).
i've recommended this to figure athletes, bodybuilders, etc and it always yields very good results. GOODLUCK!

I find that some people just don't understand what it takes to become a true champion. I could go on and on talking about desire, faith, attitude and strength but it still would not sum it up to the extent i'd like. You obviously lack the understanding it takes. It's like talking to a brick wall with you sometimes. Secondly to become a champion is not something to brag about. A modest person would never gloat and thus it kind of makes championism an undesirable aspect of society. To attain the knowledge that one requires takes more than just a willingness to accept the worst outcomes that may become present. If you'd like i'll pay for your plane ticket and we can sort out your pathetic life once and for all. It's comforting to know i've trained in all forms of aerobics and martial arts, so ill be no pushover.

Those your current pics in your profile? I don't think you have to lose a pound to be honest. But if you really think you need to, there are a ton of good articles around. I'd recommend HIIT and some weight training as well...obviously you want your diet to be as clean as possible as well.

walking lunges...
lunges... lunges...lunges ...all types... squats... squats...squats...all types...HIIT and REST!!! ....and REALLY lock your diet into 'healthy' mode... but DO NOT STARVE yourself... you'll just be exhausted, frustrated, and you won't reach your goal of a balanced/smoother/healthy look...
otherwise... Good luck to you!!!!!

An the ones that have "trained in all forms of martial arts" usually have done so for a reason.... they just don't have what it takes mentally to get beyond a certain point so try something else as they like to think they are doing martial arts rather than arm waving.... and/or they just can't fight...
(In competitions they are the ones doing the fancy spinning back kicks etc whcih make no contact, and who you can take out with a single technique)
Sorry... but in most cases this is true.... I have seen it time and time again.
On the other hand... regarding the original poster, there is a limit to what you can do in the time available, switch up your training as most others have said and eat clean... this will give you the psychological edge or feeling good about yourself which is what you want to project to the camera, even if there is not a significant actual change...
All the best...
