Hello, I have a question. Every morning im like zombie. Even if i have a lot of sleep, for example 8-9 hours, i feel like sh"t in the morning, i dont have energy, im tired, i feel like i dont have energy for anything. Then several hours after morning on the afternoon its getting normal, I finally feel good, a lot energy and really feeling good rest of the day. I dont know, if im doing anything wrong ... i train 4x a week, i eat 3 meals a day, my breakfast is usually - oats,protein,peanut butter,milk and some nuts, i drink water in the morning + black coffee. Dont you know what could be wrong, why im so dead every morning ? BTW: Im not on a cut, I have really clean diet, my training is also OK, so its not because i dont have enough calories or energy from food and im definitelly not "overtrained". Thanks for answers
