Well these are the biggest iv'e ever had my arms and i only juice once every couple months... (jk) i'll make a full body shot for critique, this is more ego boost

do you mean traps? i know neck exercises, but i wouldn't do them, if ur talking abiout traps, mine are actually big, almost unproportional to the rest of my body.
