That doesn't necessarily mean anything. However I have read that kre is worhty, but I'm more convinced about CEE.

if you tried cellmass and had no results, it only makes sense to try Kre since CEE didn't work for you. also, there have been some people that have used both and IIRC most of them preferred kre over cee

You take cee, just like regular creatine. However, you don't need nearly as much. Maybe 2-3g of CEE, vs 10-15gg of creatine. That's because the CEE gets almost entirely absorbed, but most of the regular creatine gets washed out thru the kidneys.

So take the CEE whenever you'd take the creatine, just do it in the proper amounts. For example, if you take your creatine twice a day (pre- then post-workout) take 1-1.5 g at a time. I use *************'s CEE (very inexpensive) and 2/3 of a tbls is good each time.

    Talking Kre-Alkalyn is BETTER

i think that CEE is just a myth and i heard that from a lot of users, although some of them reported few results from BSN Cellmass, and i think that those results were caused by the other main ingredient which is "Glutamine AKG". But i think that Kre-Alkalyn is worth trying because it is just creatine but Buffered to protect it from being wasted.

not really. let's pretend that you own a store, and you spend a ****-ton of money to have a forum for your customers. now lets pretend that they use your forum to advertise for your competitor and they all shop from there instead.

    Kre-Alkalyn

I have been supplementing with Kre for 3 weeks now along with Arginine Ethyl Ester. I have found it to be a very useful aid in my bodybuidling I Have Put on considerable size and massive strength gains. Kre is a good way to go.
