I currently take in about 2300 calroies a day amd am doin cardio but lossing weight like crazy also i take in about 180 grams of protein my training is something like this
monday chest incline db press 4x8, flat db press 4x8, cross overs 4x10, incline flys 4x10
tuesday back pulldowns 4x8, barbell rows 4x8, standin lat pulldowns 4x10 then i usually through in another row machine for 3 sets then deadlifts 3x10
wednesday legs squats 4x10, extensions 4x10, leg curls 4x10 then some calves
thursday shoulders seated db press 4x8, lateral raise 3x10, upright row 3x10, rear delts 3x10 then shrugs 5x10
friday bis and tris barbell curl 4x10, db curl 3x10, incline curl 3x10, spider curl 3x10
tris pressdowns 4x10, over head extension 3x10, kickback 3x10, rope pressdown 3x10 then finish with some forearms
anythign you guys can think of to help me and im 18 5'8
