here are a couple old pics, when I was about 185ish...

i was smaller, but more cut (obviously...)

i think i might try and go for the same bf level again...
or should i keep lean bulking?

the last one is the most recent one... i'm thinking of going until i hit 220, and cut down to a really lean 200.

any suggestions?
